Abstract: Intelligent electric actuators play an important role in the application of oil transfer stations. They meet the requirements of oil transfer process, are responsible for the opening and closing and dispatching of valves, and feedback valve status information. It is crucial to maintain every detail of intelligent electric actuators. 1 Overview of Intelligent Electric Actuator Intelligent electric actuators are an indispensable and important part of automatic control systems. They receive control signals given by controllers or humans, amplify their power, and convert them into corresponding rotation angles or linear displacements of the output shaft, and continuously or intermittently push various control mechanisms, such as control valves and baffles, to complete the control of various parameters in the production process. Driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor, the hollow output shaft is driven to output torque through a worm gear reduction, which is an intelligent electric actuator. Today, the main functional features of intelligent electric actuators are as follows.
1.1 The parameter remote control setting function is very convenient. A dedicated infrared setter is used for parameter remote control setting, which simplifies the setting work procedure and greatly improves the safety of equipment operation. 3 Common fault analysis and treatment of intelligent electric actuators

3.11 Fault: No record of handwheel action Analysis and processing: It is stipulated that if the handwheel action does not exceed 10% of the formation, the actuator will not display it.
3.12 Fault: Startup alarm occurs Analysis and processing: The actuator will monitor the number of starts in the past 12 hours. Compared with the regulator level, the alarm will not affect the operation of the actuator, but only serve as an indication action.
3.13 Fault: The actuator works in the local state but not in the remote state with an analog position control signal Analysis and processing: Check whether the selector is in the LOCAL position, if so, reset and REMOE; check the terminal polarity and signal status to see if they meet the requirements.
3.14 Fault: The actuator works in the remote state but not in the local state with an analog position control signal Analysis and processing: Set the selector to the REMOTE position; check whether the setting of the pesitioner signal in the CHANGE sub-menu is correct.
