Brief Introduction
The D671H pneumatic clamp type hard seal butterfly valve adopts a three eccentric hard seal structure design. After strict calculation, the "" - shaped sealing ring has al no friction with the butterfly plate, solving the problem of traditional eccentric butterfly valves still having sliding friction on the sealing surface at the moment of opening and closing from 0 to 10 degrees. It achieves the effect of separation of the sealing surface of the butterfly plate at the moment of opening and closing, and sealing at the moment of closing contact, achieving the goal of extending service life and sealing performance.
The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of welded cobalt based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant. The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a frame mechanism, which has the characteristics of high strength, large overcurrent area, and low flow resistance. Its mechanism is unique, and the "switch" can be completed by simply rotating the valve stem 90 degrees. Therefore, hard sealed butterfly valves are widely used in pipelines for corrosive media such as metallurgy, electricity, petroleum, chemical, air, gas, combustible gases, and water supply and drainage with medium temperatures ≤ 425 ℃, as the good device for regulating flow and cutting off fluids. The product complies with the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.
