Main features and applications
1) FBG mining explosion-proof gas pipeline electric butterfly valve, hereinafter referred to as gas butterfly valve, is a specialized valve designed specifically for gas characteristics. It has been tested by the National Explosion proof Center and obtained the "Mining Product Safety Mark Certificate" issued by the National Safety Standards Center
The only product that has obtained safety certification for gas valves.
2) FBG gas butterfly valve body inner wall integral vulcanization special formula rubber, containing various specialized characteristic components, has the characteristics of flame retardant, anti-static, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high rebound, strong sealing, etc. Effectively prevent the corrosion and damage of gas to the valve body, and extend the service life of the valve
Fate. The characteristics of flame retardancy and anti-static make gas pipelines safer and more reliable. The structural design of bidirectional pressure bearing and bidirectional sealing, as well as the high rebound sealing formula, ensure that the gas valve has desirable sealing performance, truly achieving zero leakage and meeting the requirements for long-term safe operation of coal mines.
3) FBG electric gas butterfly valve is applied in gas extraction pump stations, gas power stations, coalbed methane transmission pipelines and other projects.
4) There are two types of FBG electric gas butterfly valves: split type and integrated type. When used in conjunction with the KXBC mining explosion-proof valve electric device control box, the split type electric gas butterfly valve can be connected to the DCS system to achieve automatic control of gas pipelines;
The integrated electric gas butterfly valve comes with a control system, which can be switched on or off remotely on the body, achieving remote switching or adjustment without the need for a separate control box.

Main Control Functions of Electric Butterfly Valves for FBG Mining Explosion-Proof Gas Pipelines
1) The main control functions of the integrated electric gas butterfly valve
① Equipped with a lid free debugging function to prevent electrical components from being directly exposed to explosive gas environments:
② It has two control modes: local/remote. Local control refers to having a switch knob on the valve body, which can be operated locally. Remote control can be achieved through passive switch contacts or 4-20mA adjustment signal input to achieve remote switching or adjustment. Alarm and status signals are output through passive contacts. Valve position through 4-20mA analog current output:
③ The input/output signals are optically isolated and have strong anti-interference ability:
④ The travel positioning system adopts absolute position encoding technology, which has memory in the event of power failure. Manual operation of the valve can still maintain the consistency between travel data and actual travel:
③ The human-machine interaction interface can be realized through configuration, and the LCD display screen can intuitively observe the valve position, operating status, fault alarm and other information of the electric gas butterfly valve:
⑥ Remote control and monitoring functions can be achieved through configuration: reserved signal ports for remote control, valve position feedback, open position, close position, over torque, faults, etc.:
⑦ The gas butterfly valve has fault diagnosis and alarm functions, which can automatically identify and correct the power phase sequence, detect and protect against motor overheating and blockage, power phase loss or short circuit, over torque, instantaneous reversal, loss of proportional control signal, emergency events (ESD), etc. Once a fault occurs, the electric operation of the valve will be prohibited, and local and remote alarm signals will be issued, and the cause of the fault will be displayed intuitively, making it convenient for operators to timely troubleshoot and restore the normal operation of the electric gas butterfly valve:
⑧ Modbus, Profibus and other bus communication can be configured, with 485 bus interface to achieve data communication.
2) Main control functions of split type electric gas butterfly valve
