Brief Introduction
The Q611F pneumatic threaded ball valve and butt welded connection ball valve body are cast using advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance; The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close; The valve stem adopts a bottom mounted structure with reverse sealing, and the valve stem will not be flushed out when the valve chamber is abnormally pressurized. Two piece and three piece ball valves can also be connected by butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW), and both can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platforms and locking devices. The three piece ball valve has a small volume and is composed of three parts of the valve housing. It is clamped between the middle valve body and the ball valve from both ends by four longer bolts. Its advantage is that during maintenance and disassembly, there is no need to disassemble the pipeline threads, and the four bolts can be directly removed, and the middle part of the valve body can be taken out. Suitable for small volume and narrow space applications in light industry machinery. It has small size, simple matching, and high flow capacity, especially suitable for situations where the medium is viscous, contains particles, and has fiber properties. Pneumatic threaded ball valves are widely used in industrial automatic control systems in industries such as food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical engineering, teaching and research equipment, and power.
