Main Features and Applications
MPZ mining electric knife gate valve (slurry valve) is mainly used for coal preparation and washing in coal mines. Small overall volume, light weight, low flow resistance, and clamp type structure.
Can prevent the deposition of media inside the valve body. According to different overcurrent media, the valve body is sealed with rubber seal and alloy seal. If used for particulate matter such as coal powder, a ceramic knife gate valve with good wear resistance can be selected.
The MPZ series mining electric knife gate valve has two types: split type and integrated type:
After being used in conjunction with the KXBC mining explosion-proof valve electric device control box, the split type electric knife gate valve can be connected to the DCS system to achieve automatic control of the underground water pump room in coal mines;
The integrated electric knife gate valve comes with a control system, which can be switched on and off or remotely controlled on the body, achieving remote control on and off or adjustment without the need for a separate control box.
Modbus, Profibus and other bus communication can be configured, with 485 bus interface to achieve data communication.
